    Clinical Therapist

    Position Overview:

    • Provide therapy to adolescents and adults as part of Rebel Heart Therapy.

    • The position involves delivering specialized therapy services and maintaining a client-centered approach.

    • The full-time role requires an average of 25 weekly client sessions with 30 hours available.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver specialized therapy to our diverse clientele.

    • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records.

    • Collaborate with the client's treatment team for holistic care.

    • Participate in staff meetings and training for continuous professional development.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and oversee clinicians, ensuring the highest standard of care.

    • Proactively manage and hold clinicians accountable for their performance, including note content and timeliness.

    • Provide case consultations and, if applicable, formal supervision to clinicians, fostering their professional growth.

    • Manage a range of Clinical Team Leady duties, focusing on team and client satisfaction.

    • Actively work towards enhancing the client experience, collaborating with leadership to improve our services continuously.

    • Maintain a clinical caseload of 15 clients per week in addition to Clinical Team Lead responsibilities estimated at 15-20 hours per week.

    • Engage in monthly meetings with the Clinical Director to discuss processes and clinical issues and celebrate successes.

    • Conduct interviews with prospective team members and coordinate with the Onboarding Coordinator for seamless integration.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Independent decision-making skills, with an emphasis on team management.

    • Proven knowledge of leadership and clinical roles within a therapeutic setting.

    • Ability to identify and initiate improvements in clinical practices and client experiences.

    • Goal-setting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving tangible results.
