Our standard fees.
These are our standard private-pay rates. If you are using insurance, your actual cost depends on your specific plan.

Rebel Heart Therapy is in-network with Moda Health and currently scheduling new Moda clients. During your free consultation, our Client Care Coordinator can help you talk through fit, availability, and next steps for getting scheduled.
Before your first session, we recommend contacting Moda to confirm your outpatient mental health benefits, including copay, deductible, coinsurance, and whether your selected clinician is covered under your specific plan.
Reduced Fee
Lower-cost options.
Reduced-fee options are limited and depend on clinician availability. When available, associate-level therapist sessions are $90 off our standard private-pay rates.

Our decision
Why we are not in-network with every insurance plan.
Insurance access matters. So does paying specialty clinicians fairly.
Our clinicians have specialized training for them to work within niche communities, including queer, trans, neurodivergent, polyamorous, kinky, and other marginalized communities.
They are also part of many of the communities they serve, and those communities are often underpaid across the field. We limit who we contract with because many insurance companies pay too little for us to sustainably pay our clinicians what they deserve to make.
We want care to be accessible, and we also want Rebel Heart to be a place where clinicians can do excellent, affirming work without being exploited by low reimbursement rates.
