Services
Therapy for
your actual
life.
Six service types. Dozens of specialty areas. One practice that holds LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink identities as core — not as add-ons. Here's what we offer and what we're genuinely great at.
Just you. No explaining yourself first.
Individual therapy at Rebel Heart is designed for LGBTQIA+ adults and youth (ages 12+), polyamorous and ENM individuals, kink and BDSM community members, and anyone navigating identity, transition, or the particular exhaustion of moving through a world that wasn't built for you.
Our clinicians identify personally with the communities they serve. We complete quarterly LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy training so our care stays informed, current, and actually useful. You won't spend your session catching us up.

For partners of all constellations.
Bring whoever is important to you. Couples, triads, quads, polycules, nesting partners, play partners, chosen family — we work with relationship structures of all kinds without judgment, hierarchy, or the assumption that monogamy is the goal.
We help relationships build on trust, communication, and authenticity. Whether you're navigating jealousy in a poly system, renegotiating agreements, working through a rupture, or just wanting to build something stronger — we're here for it.

Family is what you say it is.
We work with queer families, chosen families, poly households, families with a member navigating a new identity, and biological families learning how to show up for someone they love.
Family therapy here isn't about getting everyone on the same page — it's about helping each person in the system communicate, understand, and find a way forward that honors everyone in the room. That sometimes includes the family member who isn't there yet.

Rings, collars, handfastings — whatever marks it.
Our commitment counseling program runs roughly 6–14 sessions and is designed for couples who want to build their commitment on a foundation that actually holds. We cover values alignment, communication patterns, conflict styles, finances, sex and intimacy, and whatever else is specific to your relationship.
This isn't a checklist process. It's real conversation about real life — including the parts that are specific to queer, poly, and kink relationships that most premarital programs completely ignore.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care
This is the core of everything we do. Every clinician at Rebel Heart holds one or more LGBTQIA+ identities and completes quarterly affirmative therapy training. You won't educate us — we'll meet you where you are.
Polyamory & Ethical Non-Monogamy
We are poly-informed, not poly-neutral. Whether you're just starting to explore ENM, navigating a complex polycule, or processing a relationship transition — we get it from the inside.
Kink & BDSM
Kink-affirming means we treat your kink identity and practices as a valid part of who you are — not a symptom, not a problem to solve. We discuss negotiation, consent, and dynamic structures as the clinical skills they are.
Mental Health & Neurodivergence
We work with the full range of mental health concerns, with particular expertise in how they show up at the intersection of queer, trans, poly, and kink identities.
We work with youth.
We serve queer and trans youth starting at age 12. We know that affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ young people isn't a nicety — it's often life-saving. Our clinicians meet young clients where they are, in language that doesn't talk down to them.
Ages served
Youth: Ages 12–17
Adults: 18+
Parental consent required for minors. We're transparent with youth about what we share.
Quarterly LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy Training
Our entire clinical team completes quarterly training in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care. This isn't a checkbox — it's how we stay current, accountable, and actually useful to the communities we serve.
