We are hiring clinicians who are aligned with Rebel Heart’s client communities, comfortable with structure and accountability, and ready to provide in-person care as part of a collaborative group practice.

Compensation

Clear pay. Real support.

Licensed professionals

$63 per clinical hour

Clinical pay is based on clinical hours, with benefits and administrative support built into the role.

Associate clinicians

$54 per clinical hour

Clinical pay is based on clinical hours, with benefits and administrative support built into the role.

Benefits

60 days begin first of the month after 60 days

Medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. Benefits eligibility is tied to maintaining full-time caseload requirements.

Must-haves

  • Oregon LPC or LMFT license, or Professional Counselor Associate status
  • Ability to complete session documentation within 2 business days of each session
  • Comfortable working fully in person
