Therapy for Ethically Nonmonogamous people, couples, & systems

Even the most evolved of relationships need help from time to time.

“The point for me is to create relationships based on deeper and more real notions of trust. So that love becomes defined not by sexual exclusivity, but by actual respect, concern, commitment to act with kind intentions, accountability for our actions, and a desire for mutual growth.”

Dean Spade, trans activist, writer, and teacher

Are you just starting to talk about opening up? Are you already navigating 18 shared calendars? Let us help you navigate the pleasures and the pressures of poly relationships.

We know that poly relationships can be dynamic, exciting, and fulfilling. We also know that it can be hard to navigate multiple relationships, deal with jealous feelings or conflict, and continue to make time for yourself.

Our therapists have personal and/or professional experience in polyamory. Still, more importantly, we value it and the beauty that comes from loving outside the box.

We invite you to bring as many partners or metamours into the session as you’d like. We will take time to get to know the unique aspects of your relationship, partners, and polycule. Our therapists will help everyone identify and define the issues causing concern. The goal is for the polycule to heal from past hurts, create healthier boundaries, and learn vital communication skills to build a happier relationship.

Four queer, gender queer, trans appearing humans lean close to each other and look at one another adoringly or wantingly
Four people sit at the waters edge watching the sunset with their backs to the camera. With four of their hands they make two heart shapes above their heads.
A male gay couple lay beside each other on their backs facing opposite ways. Their heads are against each other and they smile directly at the camera.

This is the perfect time to build the relationships you deserve. Don’t wait another day.
