Answers don’t come from the outside. My role is to help your body find enough stillness for you to access the knowing that’s already yours.

About Me.

Hi, I’m Tam. I’m queer, agender, and plant-loving — grounded in curiosity, shaped by intention, and guided by a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow and heal. I hold space for people navigating identity, intimacy, power, and pain — especially those in the LGBTQIA+ and kink communities. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to help your nervous system settle so you can access the knowing that’s already yours.

I’m direct but warm — someone who can hold complexity without judgment and ask the questions that help you come home to yourself. Consent, clarity, and self-trust shape how I work — along with a deep respect for each person’s inner world and pace. Whether we’re unpacking trauma, exploring relationship dynamics, or making space for pleasure, I’ll meet you with curiosity and care.

I draw from a range of embodied, relational, and trauma-informed practices that honor the full complexity of who you are. Sessions with me are collaborative and intuitive—we slow things down, tune into your parts, and listen for the wisdom underneath the noise. By the end of our work together, I want you to feel more free, more yourself, and more resourced.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me tending to houseplants, riding bikes with my wife, or diving deep into a meditation practice that keeps me rooted. I bring my whole self to this work and welcome all of you.
