Full-Time In-Person LPC or Professional Counselor Associate (Final 1,000 Supervised Hours)

Rebel Heart Therapy is seeking a full-time, in-person LPC or Professional Counselor Associate (with less than 1,000 supervised hours left before licensure) to join our team.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is ready to step into an active referral flow, contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team, and practice within a clear, professional structure.
We are a queer-affirming group practice serving LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, kinky, creatives, and people who like to color outside the lines. We are committed to excellent clinical care and a grounded, accountable workplace culture.
Position Requirements
Oregon LPC license or Professional Counselor Associate
Professional Counselor Associates must provide documentation from their current approved supervisor verifying total supervised hours completed and less than 1,000 remaining hours toward independent licensure
Full-time, in-person role
Required average of 25 client sessions per week
Availability to see clients until close at least two days per week (office closes at 8 PM M–Th; 6pm Fridays)
Consistent in-office presence - not a remote position
Documentation completed within two business days of each session
Demonstrated experience working with queer and trans clients
Strongly valued:
Experience working with ENM, kink, and other nontraditional relationship structures
Prior experience maintaining a 25+ client caseload
Compensation
Fully Licensed LPC:
$63 per clinical hour
Professional Counselor Associate (Final 1,000 Hours):
$54 per clinical hour
In-house supervision provided at no cost
All roles require maintaining a 25 client/week average.
