Our Company is built on our core values
AUTHENTICITY
Our authenticity is at the heart of our practice. By embracing our true selves, we create a safe space for clients to explore and embrace their identities, fostering a supportive environment for queer mental health and well-being.
QUEER-AFFIRMING
We steadfastly commit to being a queer-affirming practice. We strive to be a practice that is a sanctuary where queer identities are celebrated and nurtured.
CURIOSITY
Our curiosity drives us to deeply understand each client's unique journey. We approach every interaction with openness, ready to learn from our clients, as we recognize they are the experts in their own lives.
LEARNING
We commit to lifelong learning, embracing the rich diversity within the LGBTQIA+ community, and ensuring our growth encompasses an evolving understanding of our clients’unique experiences and needs.
TEAMWORK
We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment where each staff member contributes to our shared goals of providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team thrives on mutual respect and enjoyment of one another.
AWARENESS
Our clinicians are dedicated to recognizing and exploring their own intersectional identities and social locations, as well as those of their clients. This commitment upheld independently and within the therapeutic space, is fundamental in diminishing biases, deepening empathy, and tailoring treatment approaches.
