Relational Collaborative Playful Compassionate Affirming Curious
“We are wired to connect. We grow through and towards connection throughout our lives.”
- Judith V. Jordan

Sai is a counselor-in-training who believes that nobody should have to navigate life's challenges or carry their pain alone. They offer a warm, collaborative, and affirming space for people exploring identity, relationships, body image, disability, neurodivergence, and the complicated experience of being human in a world that doesn't always make room for who we are.

Grounded in relational and social justice-oriented approaches, Sai understands that our experiences don't happen in isolation. Our relationships, communities, identities, and the systems we live within all shape how we move through the world. Their approach is compassionate, curious, and sometimes playful, making room for difficult experiences while also celebrating the connections and moments that make life meaningful.

Sai is currently pursuing their master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling at Lewis & Clark College. Their background in Gender Studies and Politics, along with experience supporting LGBTQ+ youth and survivors of domestic violence, informs their commitment to accessible, affirming, and relationship-centered care.

Outside the therapy room, Sai enjoys knitting, swimming, gardening, listening to audiobooks, and spending quality time with friends.
